Youth CLASSES

Because techniques don’t rely on superior size or strength, Aikido is ideal for young people. Through proper movement and form, students learn to neutralize aggression without inflicting serious injury to the attacker.

    • Enhanced attention, focus, and cooperative work with others.

    • Increases self-confidence and teaches the value of self-discipline.

    • Emphasizes respect for other people, active gratitude, and conflict resolution without fighting.

    • Excellent conditioning, flexibility, and agility training.

  • Saturdays, 9 am - 10 am

    • Classes focus on learning aikido basics in a fun and engaging environment.

  • Saturdays, 10:15 am - 11:15 am

    Sundays, 9 am - 10 am

    • Classes focus on basic and intermediate concepts and techniques, including an introduction to aikido weapons practice.

    • Students ages 15 and up may attend adult classes at the instructor's discretion.
